Use Nudge for your own schoolwork, keep your credentials safe, and remember it's a reminder helper — not a replacement for checking Canvas. Pro is billed through Stripe and you can cancel anytime.
Acceptance
By using Nudge, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms apply to all users of Nudge on any platform.
What Nudge Is
Nudge is a productivity tool that helps students track deadlines and receive reminders. It integrates with Canvas LMS using credentials you provide. Nudge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Instructure (Canvas), your school, or any institution.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your Canvas token and account credentials secure
- You agree to use Nudge only for lawful, personal academic purposes
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse the app
- SMS reminders require a valid phone number — you're responsible for any carrier charges
Canvas Integration
Nudge accesses Canvas data using the API token you provide. You are authorizing Nudge to read your course and assignment data on your behalf. This is your data — Nudge just helps you see it better.
Your Canvas token is stored locally on your device. Revoke it anytime through your school's Canvas settings.
Pro Subscription & Billing
Pro features require a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancel anytime through the app or by contacting us.
Refunds are handled case-by-case — reach out to nudgeneverbehind@gmail.com within 7 days of any charge if you believe there's been an error.
Availability & Changes
Nudge is provided as-is. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We're a small team doing our best — we'll always try to communicate major changes in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Nudge is a reminder tool — it is not a substitute for checking Canvas directly. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, incorrect assignment data pulled from Canvas, or any academic consequences. Use Nudge as a supplement, not a replacement, for your own responsibility.
